Journeys with Heart organized another fantastic trip to Iceland in June 2016. Chef John Bishop hosted this 11 day adventure journeying to the land of fire and ice. Where dark winters are offset by the summer's midnight sun. A country where insular existence has spurred a rich vibrant culture. The group spotted Puffins on Akurey Island, marveled at the dozens of waterfalls and glaciers, and swam in the Blue Lagoon. They soon got used to the bright midnight skies and had the trip of a lifetime.
