This trip has been amazing ! The country is truly beautiful and seems quite organized . The people are lovely. You can tell that the importance of their families and beliefs and structure is what really matters. The food has been simple but nothing short of delicious ! Everything is so fresh. Weather is glorious - much warmer than we all expected. We have had a few really good hikes through the countryside which appeals to me so much.
