Massimo Bottura: The Italian chef with a recipe to change the world - BBC REEL
Chef Massimo Bottura is at the forefront of the future of food. His three-Michelin-star restaurant in Modena, Italy, has twice been named the world's best restaurant. It routinely attracts pilgrims from across the globe, who have to book one of its 11 tables months in advance. But Bottura believes that food goes beyond eating. His passions include a pasta lab where grandmothers teach teenagers the age-old art of tortellini making, and a network fighting food waste by feeding people in need.

Adam Hodge
Digital Content Editor - When he’s not paddling a canoe or drinking copious amounts of coffee, you’ll find Adam talking about some kind of travel plans. He spent a month doing Tai-Chi in China, horse-camped in Mongolia, rode 3rd class trains all over India, tour-guided in Europe, worked in Namibia and surfed in Costa Rica – the travel bug bit this Canadian repeatedly. Food is one highlight of any destination for him, and he’s admitted on a few times to be willing to try just about any food once, and apparently “putrefied shark wasn't that bad”.

The Pianodrome in Leith, Scotland
The Pianodrome is an amphitheatre in Leith, Scotland made from disused pianos which is part of an ongoing regeneration of the area spearheaded by the artistic community. During Pianodrome’s month-long residency at the venue between November and December in 2019, they hosted the Pianodrome Resonancy, a programme inviting artists to develop new work using the space. Culture Trip creates stories that reveal what is unique and special about a place, its people and its culture. The Ancient Art of Painting on Water
Garip Ay’s paintings come to life in the most extraordinary way. The Turkish artist uses an ancient technique called ebru, or marbling. He drops and flicks dyes onto water treated with a wetting agent that keeps the pigment from sinking. Then he swirls and shapes the vibrant colors into images that spring from his imagination. It takes a deft hand and special handmade tools to paint this way. Ay invites us into his studio in Istanbul to watch him create.

14 Days on a CARGO SHIP During the Pandemic
I’ve always loved the idea of travelling by cargo ship but never expected that I would be taking one as an evacuation measure during a pandemic. I wasn’t allowed to film on most parts of the ship, but I did my best to show you as much of the journey as possible! Anyone out there inspired to jump on a cargo ship after COVID-19? :)

Flying Home During the Pandemic (Abu Dhabi to Frankfurt)

What's it like to fly internationally during the COVID-19 pandemic? I want to share with you my experience of travelling from Abu Dhabi (UAE) to Frankfurt (Germany), on my way back home to Europe. Just keep in mind, I'm not recommending you go travelling around the world right now! Let's wait it out, so that we can all travel more safely in the future.
